1.How do I register with Limitedition?

After checkout there is an option for you to load your account for future purchases or you can simply click on the “my account” option (top right)

2.What are my payments option?

EFT, Snapscan, Credit/debit card

3.When will my instant EFT payment clear?

We bank with FNB so depending on your bank (and if you select the pay and clear option), immediately to 48 hours.

4.In what currency will my refund be processed?

South African Rands (ZAR) with the option to have credit

5.How do I know if you have received my return?

We will notify (same day) on receipt

6.What if I received a damaged product?

As per our return policy, you have 7 days to notify us

7.Can I return a purchased product/s?

Yes, you will have 7 days to do so as per our return policy

8.How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Same day on receipt of your return

9.Where/when can I get a drop and collect?

Our deliveries are door to door

10.How/when can I cancel my order?

11.How do I track my order online?

After checking out we will provide you with a tracking number and the courier

12.How do I use/redeem a promotional coupon/gift voucher?

Simply enter the coupon code or gift voucher number before checking out

13.If something is out of stock- How do I find out about the restock?

We normally restock within 48 hours unless the product is no longer available. Write us an email and we will notify as the product is available again

14.Is there a limit on quantity or amount that can be purchased?

No

15.Do you offer student or elderly discounts?
